Help
A real person reads every message.
Write to support@getphonepact.com and we’ll get back to you. There is no ticket system and no bot — PhonePact is small, and the person who replies is the person who built the thing you’re writing about.
If someone in your circle writes something abusive, or their name or photo is offensive, you can act on it inside the app without waiting for us:
We review every report and act on objectionable content, which can mean removing it or suspending an account. If something needs a faster answer than the app can give, email us directly and say urgent in the subject line.
PhonePact is free for 30 days, then $0.99 a month or $9.99 a year. Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us, so cancelling and refunds go through your Apple ID:
In the app: You tab → Delete account. You’ll be asked to sign in again first, and then everything goes — your profile, your circles, your pact, your check-ins and every note you wrote. It is not recoverable, and we do not keep a copy.
If you can’t reach the app, email us from the address on the account and we’ll do it for you.
PhonePact uses Apple’s Screen Time system, which needs permission you can only be asked for once. If you said no, iOS will not ask again — you have to grant it yourself:
PhonePact needs iOS 17.4 or later. On earlier versions Apple counts usage from midnight regardless of when you set your pact, which would fire a day’s worth of check-ins at once.
The number you crossed, and nothing else — “reached 3h today”. Never which apps, never a per-app breakdown, never your browsing. The per-app list you see on your own Home screen is computed by Apple inside a sandbox on your device that cannot send anything anywhere; it is drawn for you and never leaves the phone.
